Nico Rosberg and Michael Schumacher Unveil the W03

It was an early wake up call for the fans, media and of course, Mercedes AMG F1. Ross Brawn and Norbert Haug joined their German drivers Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg to draw back the covers and unveil the team's challenger for the 2012 season.

Sebastian Rounds Up Day 3 and 4 of Testing

It was Sebastian's time to shakedown the 2012 challenger - in which he hopes to win a third consecutive title - in Jerez for the final two days of the first Winter testing. New faces were also present as Finnish trainer Heikki Huovinen replaced the popular Tommi Parmakoski.

Winter Testing Kicks Off In Jerez

Michael Schumacher shared testing duties today with his Mercedes team mate Nico Rosberg as all teams - bar Marussia - took to the track for the first time this year. Kicking off at 8am in a slightly foggy, chilly Jerez, Mercedes were one of the two teams using their 2011 car rather than the newest chassis.

Red Bull Racing introduced the fans to Adrian Newey's latest creation today. Via a pre-filmed, artistic video, the RB8 was revealed on the team's official website. They took a different approach to usual, deciding not to have a literal unveil with the drivers present.

Watson Believes Schumacher Will Win Again

John Watson, a winner of five Grand Prix during the infamously dangerous era, believes that Michael Schumacher will see victory again before his second retirement. Michael is approaching his final contracted year with Mercedes GP - although this is open to negotiation - but if Merc provide a substantial car, Watson can see the German taking to the top step of the podium once more.

The much awaited unveil of Red Bull Racing's 2012 challenger - the RB8 - will take place on Monday the 6th of February. Tomorrow. It has come quicker than you thought it would, hasn't it? Let's only hope that the Adrian Newey creation is just as fast when the pressure builds on track.

As we neared closer to the season finale it was seeming more and more unlikely that Sebastian Vettel would become the 2010 World Champion. Retirement after retirement lost major points for the young German. However, luck decided it was time to visit him. One year on, Sebastian Vettel has two World Championships under his belt and has discovered his passion for breaking records.

After struggles in his much anticipated comeback season, Michael Schumacher's first priority was to make his 2011 Formula 1 season far from lacklustre. Sticking it out with the Ross Brawn led team of Mercedes GP Petronas with his compatriot, Nico Rosberg, Michael was determined to regain his winning ways. This mission may not have been one-hundred-percent successful however Schumi's race pace noticeably improved over this Red Bull dominated season, making 2012 look like a very hopeful year indeed.

Vettel Wins First Ever Indian GP With Schu in P5

Thankfully, no stray dogs interrupted events at the Buddh International Circuit, today. Through the dust, Sebastian Vettel drove away with a Grand Slam and Michael Schumacher came home with a fifth place. Red Bull Racing and Mercedes have made the most of the new surroundings.

Vettel Takes Pole Position In India

The Buddh International Circuit is full of the unknown. So far, the drivers are full of praise for the challenging corner combinations and the full throttle layout. Smog, and most worrying of all, stray dogs have been the only issues which have arised. Red Bull were defeated in qualifying last time out, but they wasted no time in taking a hold on pole position once again.

Red Bull Racing Grab Constructors' Championship

Sebastian Vettel drove as if the Championship was still at stake at the Korean Grand Prix. There were overtakes, speedy pitstops and best of all... no downpour. The dreary conditions didn't hold back any of the drivers who are determined to finish this season in style. Style is something Red Bull Racing certainly don't lack as a 1-3 finish gave them something to celebrate.

Pole Position is Decided in South Korea

Unlike last year's rained out qualifying, the grid has been decided today at the Korean International Circuit. The skies may have been gloomy but the rain held off, giving us a dry qualifying session. Lack of dry running in free practices left the teams unsure of tyre degredation and which car setup would be needed for optimum speeds around the 5.621 kilometre track. Schumacher's Mercedes failed to make Q3 while Vettel lines up second on the grid.
